NAMI Middlesex/IFSS Webinars

Our educational and advocacy meetings are supported and co-chaired through Rutgers UBHC Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS). We invite local experts from social service, health, and wellness fields to meet our families. Questions are encouraged. The webinars meet on the 1st Monday of the month from 5:30 – 7:30 PM via Zoom.

Each June we enjoy a picnic with food, games and networking with other families. This year, it will take place on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 5:00 – 7:30. We have a favorite covered site at Roosevelt Park in Edison. See the flyer for more specific location and registration details. Please join us for this opportunity to meet other families and friends of NAMI Middlesex!

NAMI Middlesex provides information to families, caregivers, and persons with mental illness through support groups, resources & education. If you or someone in your family has major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or another serious mental illness, you are not alone. We want to share with you the hope that we have found through NAMI of Middlesex County.
JINGLE MINGLE
In mid-December, we meet at IFSS from 5:00 – 7:30 for Jingle Mingle to celebrate the holidays. Look for our flyer or email about Jingle Mingle, or email us at [email protected]. This is an event we all look forward to each year, with food, music, games and conversation. Come join the fun!
