NAMI Middlesex coordinates a variety of programs to provide support and education on mental illness. These programs make it possible for people with mental illness, family members, and the general public to learn the facts about mental illness.
NAMI Middlesex CONNEction
Our NAMI Middlesex Connection support group is held every 3rd Monday of the month on Zoom. It is for any adult (18+) with a mental health concern to talk to others who understand. family support group
Our family support group is co-chaired with Intensive Family Support Services at Rutgers. Meetings are every other Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM via Zoom. Email or call us to meet there! Or register below.

NAMI FRIENDS
NAMI Friends is for anyone 18-30 years old interested in connecting with others in a safe, healthy, and respectful online setting. It is designed for younger adults with a mental health issue who want to make new friends. We are meeting on Zoom for now, but branching out IRL soon. Social Club
The Social Club provides opportunities to make friends in a supportive setting. The group enjoys visits to Middlesex-area parks, arcades, malls, and other popular spots, usually on the 4th Sunday of the month. The club also meets up on Zoom on the 2nd Sunday at 1 pm. Casual Gathering
The Casual Gathering Group provides recreational and social opportunities for adults with mental health challenges. The program activities typically include dinner, arts and crafts, and other activities. Family To Family Education
Family to Family is a 9-week education course for families of adults living with mental illness. We are always ready to meet new family members who are ready to help their loved ones work through any challenges.
