NAMI Walks 2023 represents a powerful chance to leave a significant mark on the local mental health landscape.
Annually, NAMI Middlesex honors mental health with our state organization, NAMI NJ, at NAMI Walks. We unite to fight stigma and remember that we are not alone!
Together with our grassroots volunteers, we work every day to provide help and hope to millions of Americans.

When NAMIWalks, we knock down walls. We topple obstacles. We realize dreams. Our rallying call, “Mental Health for All,” is closer than ever before.
No one is alone — because everyone is encouraged. There is a spirit of inclusion at NAMIWalks that makes the event feel special. So many stories are shared and traditions started. Participants are united by the knowledge that they are making the difference by coming together for mental health.
